Price of the stock

Some of the people consider that the current price of the stock is LTP (last trade price). LTP means the last trade was done on that rate this does not imply that next trade will be done on the same rate.

Actually if you are a buyer price for you is the price of first seller and if you are a seller the price for you is the price of first buyer.
